Croatian and South African L Forums

I think we should add a Croatian and a South African Language forum in the Language Forums Category.A lot of people from South Africa will be looking for football scores(and we will be posting them) and discussions on the internet and in forums so it would be a good to have one forum written in South African.

As you know,our forum is full with forums and sub-forums and there are verry little members to post topics and replyes in them and there aren't enough moderators to run the forums and categories.Two admins can't handle all of this...There are also empty forums with no posts at all,like the language forums...When we get more members we'll add more forums in all categories,but for now,that's a verry stupid idea...
